At Maymay Made It, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our warehouse; we recommend using a trackable service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
